Two sides of a story!

Hey Good Morning! To communicate the title idea, let me introduce two characters, Sara and Shruti. And hey, they are purely fictional!😀 A story often has many shades to it. A story could be an opinion on someone's character, narration of an incident or interpretation of a life situation. Many of you would have already pondered on this. So, this is no new gyaan, its something which you already know. May be this will add more shades to your insight, or may be this will remind you something which you already know. Stories on a person Let's take yourself as an example and assume I don't know you. If I ask 10 people, I will probably get at least 3 different visual images or character representations of you. Do you really have free will?

Let me start with '"What is free will?". Free will is our ability to view a life situation, analyse the possible right and wrong actions or thoughts and consciously perform action or think what you feel right. So what's in my mind today?😊 Often do I contemplate upon the essential qualities to have a clear, pure and content mind! One such quality which I could think about is Forgiveness, isn't it? If yes, why is it so? Each day of our life, we encounter characters who are polite, gentle, compassionate etc. and few others who are harsh, insulting, indifferent. Naturally, we focus more on those bad experiences and this will build up resentment, anger or even hatred. Here we loose the control of mind, gets haunted by mental whispers to give that insult back, to be indifferent. Our mind who is supposed to be our friend turns up against ourselves as an enemy. Restless mind will have a negative impact on each and every activity we do! Presence of mind is lost here! Can we try this simple exercise? Respond with action if necessary, but mentally forgive. Instead of being resentful, lets try mentally forgiving the one we had an unpleasant experience with. Try to view the state of things from
